Tutu

Tutu fits babies to 9-10 years of age.  We have included the measurements below.

Satin incased elastic waist band 16", stretches to 28", and the tutus are 11" Long.

Tulle Skirt can be cut to a shorter length if desired as it will not fray.

Features 3 very soft layers of tulle.

These are so great for dance or ballet class, even a dance recital.
